It was a long and arduous task but I have finally gotten a breakdown of the past couple of elections and found out that Federal Aid received and Elections are based on ALOT of intangibles and not all aid is created equal. Some of the results are a result of the one sidedness of the election. In 1996 it seems like a good sampling:
The highest Federal Aid States are:
1) Wyoming (R)
2) Alaska (R)
3) Louisiana (D)
4) Mississippi (R)
5) Vermont (D)
6) New York (D)
7) New Mexico (D)
8) North Dakota (R)
4 of the highest aid states voted Republican in 1996 and 4 of the highest aid states voted Democrat.
Lowest Aid states are broken down as follows:
1) Nevada (D)
2) Virginia (R)
3) Colorado (R)
4) Utah (R)
5) Georgia (R)
6) Florida (D)
7) Indiana (R)
8) Texas (R)
6 of the lowest aid states voted Republican in 1996 and 2 of the lowest states voted Democratic in 1996.
Again...this was very hard to do for a couple of reasons:
1) Popularity or Unpopularity (or how one sided an election was) controlled how many states voted for a particular party.
2) NOT ALL AID is created equal...this is the key component....when it comes to certain types of aid that are looked upon as welfare related aid....states like California and New York (Democratic strongholds) BY A TREMENDOUS amount crushed the other states in the country on the amount of aid received.

Looks like you did not understand the differentition.
"So" is liberal shorthand for "sounds objectionable", when they can't articulate why.
And the shorthand of a 13 year old girl or 43 year old pis*ed off boy man who thinks his relationship is a marriage, who doesn't understand that he has equal rights to marry.
He didn't substantiate his claims with any supporting data or cited sources.
His word might be good enough for you, but it's not good enough for me.
