Thumbs up New book coming out in Sept. -- End the Fed by Ron Paul

Just thought I'd give the heads up for the non-Federal Reserve apologists.

He's an interesting guy. He needs a protege, the media has little tolerance for him.

Can't wait to read it. There needs to be a political party set up around Ron Paul. The dude is getting old.

Ahh...

I'll keep an eye on him. It will be interesting to explore his view regarding small Government. To date the traditional argument, I believe, as do many others, is disingenuous on it's face and fails to take into account the historic litmus of Lincoln's phrase - government of the people, by the people, for the people, shall not perish from the earth.

Lincoln was a outspoken racist, allowed Sherman to scorch Georgia, and most importantly was not a founding father. Do the exact opposite of what he recommended, and a nation will prosper.

Ok.

Government of the people, by the people, for the people, should perish from the earth?
Seems to run counter to the truths of Paine...
Perhaps Jefferson...lol

You honestly think today we have a Government of the people, by the people, for the people as it was intended ? Alrighty then... Ain't had one of those in more than a century.
