I know that snow is weather related, but it does have to be cold enough in June for there to be snow in June.
Days like this must be really inconvenient for al Gore.

ISMARCK, N.D. (AP) Snow has fallen in Dickinson in June, the first time in nearly 60 years the city has seen snow past May.
National Weather Service meteorologist Janine Vining in Bismarck says there were unofficial reports of a couple of inches of snow in Dickinson on Saturday.
If wingnuts KNOW that headlines about local weather anomalies are not related to the matter of global climate trends, and that posting such stuff as if it were only makes them and their already shoddy case look even thinner and weaker, why do they continue to post such things?
If anything, these observations tend to confirm the accuracy of current climate models which suggest that the phenomenon of global warming will be accompanied by just such anomalies, and that they will be of increasing number and severity.
Brilliant. The actual conclusion of the study cited is that since the dawn of the Industrial Revolution, man has replaced the sun as the primary cause of current warming patterns.

Because it pushes your buttons?
Because we are watching politicians assemble draconian carbon tax legislation, to tax the living snot out of us, in order to save the earth from global warming, while at the same time its snowing in June, and the sun looks to be going to sleep, possibly for a very long time.
If you know that, why imply a connection between weather and Al Gore?

Grasping at straws perhaps?

Is Al Gore a meteorologist? For the totally clueless out there (by nature or by design) ... There's weather, and then there's climate. Weather is what's happening today; climate is what has happened over time. The two are related, but different.
In Montana, places like Sula pass and the west fork of the Bitterroot get snow all the time, and at elevations much lower than Maria pass (east/west glacier).
And yet, every time there is a tropical storm the AGW crowd points to it and cries "the sky is falling, it's the CO2". They are equally common-can't have it both ways boys and girls.
