It's clear that 8 months after the election, Tim Pawlenty wants to clean his hands of Norm Coleman's doomed election challenge.

Pawlenty thinks a decision will come within days. Can you say 60?

I don't trust Pawlenty. He will certify the election only if for some God forsaken reason, Coleman was proclaimed the winner.

Pawlenty is not running for reelection in 2010. Instead, he is setting his sights on the 2012 Presidential election. He needs the support of the GOP for this. Therefore Pawlenty will do what the GOP wants him to do concerning the senate race. BTW, the reason Pawlenty is not running for governor reelection in 2010 is there is a very good chance he would lose.

IBIWISIT, I'll Belive It When I See IT.

Although Pawlenty has got to be feeling pretty strong these days as he contemplates 2012. Let's review the bidding;

Giuliaini; The more he campaigned and the more ads he ran last time, the worse he did.

Palin; A serial liar, but a darling of the Goldbergs and their cabal.

Haley Barbour; For a party that realizes it's got to shed its image as the party of "old, fat white guys", probably not a good choice.

Rick (big hair) Perry; Thanks, we've had our fill of Texans for awhile.

Huckabee; I'm pretty sure that Palin's opposition research team has all the photos they need of him in bed with goats, chickens and little kids.

Mitt Romney; These guy is a bigger joke this time around than last time. Last time people changed the TV channel when he came on, now they turn the set OFF. There probably won't be any cat fights between him and McCain though, although McCain is a spiteful ba**ard and might run just to p**s on Romney's shoes.

All Pawlenty has to do is stay in his shoes and keep his belt buckled and he's a shoe in to receive a 55/45 whupping from Obama in 3 1/2 years.

I predict the Republicans will come up with someone who is not on your radar screen and said candidate will kick the spit out of Obama. In 3.5 years the country will have been devasted by Obama and a Democratic Congress and the American voters will come to their senses.

And I predict that your predictive powers are about as good as Sylvia Browne's.

We've had 8 of the worst years in presidential history. President Obama is doing a pretty good job. If he passes health care with a public option, he will be a renowned president - one for the ages. Of course, the GOP is much better at obstruction these days, and we don't have any reasonable Republicans, like we did before Reagan. So nothing's guaranteed.

But after Bush, for you to say such idiocy about Obama, that's pretty hilarious.
