Who cares what the world thinks? I sure don't. Until they are paying my taxes and dealing w/ the problems in this country - they don't get a vote.
Germany doesn't care if we like Merkel, I am sure. And I doubt France gives a damn how we feel about Sarkozy.
I am sure its going to be easier to convince Germany and France to join us in a war vs China and Russia if they like us instead of hate us.
