Prosecutor: No charges against store owner who killed burglar - dailypress.com

Quote:
Durden fired three shots at him through the window, ducked away briefly, then returned to the window and fired a fourth shot when he saw Roop near the window.

Durden's blood-alcohol level was 0.10 at the time of the incident.
Do you think that his drunkenness should have impacted this decision in any way?

.10 it is illegal to drive but I don't see how it has anything to do with you sitting in your home and some clown tries to break in and you blow him away. His property. .10 is like two or three drinks in an hour. Not much. He was sober enough to take him out so good riddance.

I don't see that the blood-alcohol limit had anything to do with this! Just mark up another one for the good guys.
