You want heathcare? Then pay for it yourself! I dont think its fair to use taxpayer money to give free healthcare to people who dont work, or chose to do without it because they prefer doing drugs to bieng responsible. This is getting out of hand, whats next? Everyone should have a free car?

As much as the greedy bottom feeders would like you to believe it is, so far it's still not.

Everything becomes a "right" when people are too lazy and irresponsible to provide it for themselves.

As a greedy bottom feeder, suggest you look at the 2008 campaign.

I didn't realize that healthcare "rights" were on the ballot. My bad.

One of the more ignorant posts that I have read on this forum.

There are many, many people who have been responsible their entire lives and, through no fault of their own, have lost their jobs. Since, for most people, health insurance is tied to their jobs, these folks are no longer insured. Yes, they could COBRA their health insurance, but without a job, there is no money for the $1000+/mo premium (family coverage).

According to your post, you are OK with letting responsible American citizens go without health care. Well, I, and many other rational Americans, are not.

When did it become alright for politicians who receive free health care via tax money to receive contributions from insurances companies who then in turn create legislation allowing these companies to raise rates to where one major health issue can wipe out a person's lifetime savings and potential earnings?Who they also allow insurance companies to deny anybody who has a health condition?

You gripe about your tax money, your tax money goes to politicians free healthcare who then in turn create legislation to deny you healthcare and shield insurances companies.Who is your politician serving?Or is a good American only a good American when they aren't a risk to insurance companies profit?

LOL this akin to paying a robber to rob you more....

I don't believe in government take over but there are serious unbalanced issues that need to be fixed.
