BTW.. I agree .. if this is INDEED in the bill.. that does need to be fixed, amended.
Oh it's not in the healthcare bill up for debate. It has already been approved and a done deal..they get 12 years exclusive sales in the US.

Drug industry donates to health care overhaul opponents | APP.com | Asbury Park Press

"Lawmakers who count pharmaceutical companies among their biggest contributors lead the opposition to a health care proposal that would cut costs by allowing generic drugs to compete sooner with pricey biotechnology drugs, campaign-finance records show.

This month, the Senate health committee approved 12 years of exclusivity in a measure authored by Hatch and Sens. Mike Enzi, R-Wyo., and Kay Hagan, D-N.C"

It will disgust you more if you read the entire article about how much money these people have received from big pharma and their denial of how it influences them

LOL. okay.. um.. well you can send somethng "ground" "overnight" or "2 day" via the competition...

It's all really a matter of when things get there..

PO also has size limits to certain countries and even within the U.S .. Private doesn't.. so they offer a service the Post Office doesn't.

First class.. to me, is the equivelant of ground via UPS or fed ex... in terms of time.

I do prefer the post office and use them A LOT for my business. They are actually EASIER to file claims with when/if something gets damaged.. and I hardly have a damage problem with the post office.. not so true with UPS or Fed Ex.. they deny EVERYTHING. .it's a nightmare.
