People, like my husband, a life long democrat, have been shocked by the cavalier way the democrats have been passing legislation. It is bound to lead to defeat.

He is right and it is taking place so soon after the Republicans did the same thing thinking they were in forever. I wonder if one of these parties won't be dead soon, if either of them survive the next few years.

Currently - 28 Democratic governors, 22 Republican governors

After November - Likely down to 26 Democrats and up to 24 Republicans
