Why haven't these Fanatics taken their case against the executive branch to the supreme court?? IF they follow the Constitution so faithfully, that is the proper step to take, especially if they feel their rights are begin infringed upon by the Executive Branch. If you have a valid case i'm sure Judge Roberts Court will rule in your favor. I challenge you wing nuts to go to the Supreme Court!!!

If they rule Nationalized Health Care constitutes an unlawful act of the Federal Government over stepping their boundaries then go for it. I highly doubt the Federal Government will be found guilty of imposing such an unlawful program on the states. However, let's hypothetical say the Court rules in favor, remember this may set the precedent to end Social Security and Medicare in the process, so if you're ready to move out of all government (tax payer) funded socialist programs let's ready the bus and start the engine away from serfdom.
