Here is the answer to your original question. It takes 1,001 Congressional members to screw in a light bulb, 1 to screw it in and 1,000 to write up the enviromental impact report. LOL! I'm a Liberal but I can laugh at my own party...sometimes.

They are not capable of screwing a lightbulb. They only know how to screw their Interns and other assorted Hookers that come to their room.
