The title of the thread only tells half the story. Apparently a big portion of the ruling centered on the legislation covering more than one subject.
"Oklahoma County District Judge Vicki Robertson said the law violated constitutional requirements that a legislative measure deal only with one subject. She did not rule on the validity of the ultrasound provisions."

Education about possible side effects, yes, just like with any medical procedure; but "education" that forces doctors to describe the fetus and show the woman an ultrasound? No.

Most of the time women are lied to and are told the fetus can feel pain.
