We have one LAW in this country. No one is exempt because some government employee says so. If torture is illegal for a mad killer it is also illegal for a government agent. Being President does not cut you or your minions any slack from the LAW.
When political power, personal relationships, great wealth or public employment status make a person exempt from the LAW we are no longer a Republic but have become just another dictatorship and everyone has lost some of their freedom because some can be exempt from responsibility for their actions.
I do not want a United States with one law for the peasants and another for the privileged. That is the wrong path proposed by Blind Sniper and his "patriotic" friends.
They are the people that truly hate our Republic with the same freedom and justice for all.

So what about those Black Panthers? The crooked Dem from NM? The other crooked Dem with all of the cash in his freezer? The politicians who passed TARP and the Scamulus package? Which catagory do they fall under?
