Sorry, you are wrong. Because she metaphorically used "death panels" to describe the committee who will decide who gets what rationed HC - it was controversial, catchy and over the top - perfect, again.

So let me get this straight, when Obama used the internet during his campaign you all though he was the greatest thing on earth. But when Sara uses Twitter to get her word out you make fun of her.
Give credit where it is do, she is a smart cookie for using Twitter, to bad Obama failed to be smart enough to use it. If he had this would have been a great idea, but since Sarah did it is not.

You alluded that she quit her "job" to seek other political office; there was talk around Alaska at one point of Lisa M.'s seat being something that Palin would aspire to. Hopefully she understands now that it wouldn't be an election that she could win.

You'd like to think that but of course it is not true.
She is the one who emphasized the "death panels", which then got the TH steam roller rolling, which then forced obama to respond/defend in a desperate attempt to refute her accusations.
You'll notice the same things seems to be happening with Cheney - every time he criticizes one of obama's disastrous policies, obama and his team go on the defensive - same with Palin.
And we know the media loves these kinds of fights, so her comments and accusations with be at the forefront.

The first mention of a Town Hall meeting that I could find in a google search was July 12, and they really picked up by August 1.

Neither do I. She certainly isn't much of an object of discussion in Alaska anymore; we're all busy preparing for another tough winter and don't have the luxury of quitting our jobs on a whim and have little use for anyone who does.
