21 Million Watch President's Address to Congress on Big Three - mediabistro.com: TVNewser
Overnight Ratings Wednesday, September 9, 2009; Glee, So You Think You Can Dance, Wipeout, America's Got Talent, , Law & Order: SVU - TV Ratings, Nielsen Ratings, Television Show Ratings | TVbytheNumbers.com

Quote:
FOX easily won the night dominating the adults 18-49 and adults 18-34 demos.

From 8pm-9pm the president averaged 21.2 million just on ABC (adults 18-49 rating/share =1.8/5, 7.4 million total viewers), CBS (1.2/4, 5.63 million) and NBC (1.9/6.8.16 million).
No one believes the guy, there are just too many contradictory statements.

Fox again makes an excellent business decision.

Win what?

HC reform, we all agree is needed. What is not needed is a government takeover.

If he would just listen to the people, he could bask in the glory. If he tries to rahm it through, his party will lose major seats in 2010.

I would think you want to know how many people watched him his speech, with the same old tired lines that nobody believes.

And this phantom "proposal" exists where exactly ? I live in the real world and in the real world the current bill he tried jamming through is nothing of what he speaks...

Will you say Obama won this if healthcare reform passes but with no public option?

I am very curious to see the reactions when this happens.

It - i.e. "Reform" - will pass, and it will be a disaster --- just like everything else the government does...all the way from the States DMV to the IRS. Incompetent people working jobs they cannot be fired from with little regard for anything else other than what in "my job description".

The worst thing about this is this "reform" will only create a new Rush or make Rush even stronger...or even worse create another network like MSNBC where every show only cares about taking shots at Rush....all the while the normal people (reasonable folks) will have no where to turn other than "So you think you can dance"--or simply turn off the BS machine.

my advice --- eat right, exercise, take care of yourself, and hope you don't need anything other what you can get at CVS.

Apparently your NOT in the real world, in the real world, there's a PROPOSAL not a bill. Now if Congress could earn their keep and stop acting like whiny children and that especially goes for Pelosi, we can have a cohesive Health Care bill. If they just write in those 3 important words, VERIFICATION OF CITIZENSHIP. That would take a lot of steam out of the rhetoric.

Oh well then you should be happy & can end the need to relentlessly start frivolous threads not to mention historically inaccurate posts on this forum, right? Thanks ever so, I look forward to not seeing your name on here anymore.
