I had worked that many years when I was 53. I haven't stopped working and paying Social Security yet and am 76. Of course, I collect a bit more than I pay but I pay double since I am self-employed. I guess that makes me about 63 years working.

Well, Kev-i-poo, I had to work today, from 7 AM until 11 PM tonight, so that I can have the extra money to go away to Malaysia during the Thanksgiving holiday.
I could just do it like the democrats want, where I get on welfare and have the wealthy pay for everything I have, but I have a strong sense of dignity.

I see them in line at the grocery stores. They buy king crab legs and ribeye steaks with bridge cards (food stamps). I can't afford that stuff because I work for a living.

You have paid more into the SS system then most of those 45% of American losers who have never paid a damn dime into the tax base let alone SS or medicare.
You are the perfect example of a hard working American who I will gladly work harder for and pay more taxes because you EARNED your share like my parents did.
Now if we can just find a way to get all those lazy asses to pay their fair share instead of sucking off the rest of us we will be good.
