As long as you say so ....

Afterall ... you're the expert ...

Not the Nobel Prize winning economist who wrote the OP article:

Iraq war 'caused slowdown in the US' | The Australian

Quote:
THE Iraq war has cost the US 50-60 times more than the Bush administration predicted and was a central cause of the sub-prime banking crisis threatening the world economy, according to Nobel Prize-winning economist Joseph Stiglitz.

The former World Bank vice-president yesterday said the war had, so far, cost the US something like $US3trillion ($3.3 trillion) compared with the $US50-$US60-billion predicted in 2003.
Ever wonder why Bush kept the costs of the Iraqi war out of the budget?

According to the CBO, they are included in the deficit numbers.

Still hogwash.

Someone should have told these blood thirsty war mongering Democrats that before they involved us in an adventurous war of choice.

YouTube - Democrats before Iraq War started....

Forgot to mention,
that building schools and roads with american tax money in Iraq is good

You know...the same sort of tool used by the CBO to cost out Democrats $1 Trillion Dollar healthplan??

Will the same liberals be crying in a decade when that "estimate" is blown to hell? Just like it was blown to hell with Social Security and Medicare?

Get over yourselves. All the Liberal crying and wimpering is f*cking embarrassing to humanity.

8 years of bush never happened.
but obama is president now- that means we're 90% communist.
by the way, white people are going to be the minority soon- which means its time to secede.
a black president + universal healthcare + whites not being the majority = nightmare.
patriot act wasn't bad.
going to war with iraq under false pretenses isnt bad either.
obama reading from teleprompters proves he's unfit for the job!
but bush failing to pronounce every day English words is not indicative of his intelligence or lack thereof
no child left behind- a huge success
Mike Brown as director of fema- brilliant move. his experience as the judges and stewards commissioner for the international arabian horse association proved effective in his handling of the katrina disaster.
the deficit was 32 billion his first year. by 2002 it was at 317 billion. no problems there either.
wheres bin laden? lets check iraq and afghanistan.
meanwhile
obama, marxist, secession, socialism, bad, whites as a minority, world coming to an end, liberals, conservatives, republicans, deomcrats, maverick, obamas gona take away our guns, obamas gona make posting on city-data illegal, obama obama obama the boogieman, friday the 13th oct 31st, sky appears to be falling. it was so much better back in 04 =(
