It was just as wrong with Bush or any other candidate as it is with Obama. I bet those of you that want people to shut up about how bad the last eight years were are the very same people that keep bringing up that Bush was compared to Hitler too. And while there is the odd person here or there that says that anyone opposed to Obama is racist, you can't use them as an example and say that everyone thinks that way. I'm really wondering where all these legit people are that keep calling people racists!

We can't change the past, we can only start with now. If only everyone would realize that if you changed your attitude now, quit calling people names and bringing up lies, that it will do your arguement good. Two wrongs do not make a right!

seriously. my parents never taught me that what's good for the goose is good for the gander, or that turnabout is fair play. they taught me that two wrongs don't make a right.

i guess that kind of wacky philosophy is to be expected when you're raised by "socialist" hippies like i was. two wrongs don't make a right? that's commie talk!

I can understand why the man lashed out. The comparison is an insult to anyone that lived thru the war. Especially in German occupied Europe. I have lived in Germany, and had several relatives that fled Europe as the war broke out. I have met and known many people, that lived thru the war in german occupied Europe. I can assure anyone there is absolutely no comparison between Obama, and the Satan that Hitler and his nazis were.

My folks sent me to an all girls Catholic HS so I wouldn't be influenced by 'socialist hippies'. Some would argue that my education was more on the socialist-commie-leftie side than a public education would have been.

Two of the oldest teachers/nuns at my HS immigrated from Poland during WWII. The majority of their Order and the three parish parish priests from their community were executed by the Nazi's. We saw pictures of nuns and priests digging a 'trench' guarded by German soldiers and the following pictures with them lying in the trench.....dead.

I think people are using it as an insult not as a true and literal comparison.

Unfortunately Mr Gasparian never experienced it either. The Nazi's never got within a thousand miles of Armenia, If they had he would have been 3 years old. So he gets to use this imaginary Genocide as an excuse to assault someone?

Armenia is where Turkey meets Iran
