I agree with this. Obama, if he is to achieve the Democratic Party's goals (some of which I agree with and some of which I don't agree with), then he needs to take the issues and champion them as any leader should. He needs to kick his party in the rear and say this what we're going to do.

The Republican Party's role is to ask the tough questions Obama won't ask himself and/or his party won't ask him. The Republicans do not, and should not, roll over for him. They have asked good questions that I want answered. I don't agree with the Republican Party at all times but a good question is a good question.

If Obama fails to get re-elected in 2012 that would be his fault.

This is the nature of our government. Granted, rabid, foaming at the mouth opposition is unnecessary and absurd but that type of opposition represents a fraction of Obama's opposition. There are reasoned arguments against what he is doing that must be addressed. He (if he hasn't already) and his supporters will just have to accept that fact. Obama should not assume that his win was a free pass on everything and even if that were the case - passes can be revoked at any time.

You cannot impeach just because you disagree with their political views. Aren't you guys the self appointed experts on the constitution?

You know, it doesn't hurt to give people the benefit of a doubt once in a while. Try it, you might be a better person if you were not so quick to assume.

No, but you can impeach for repeated lying and deception.

At the minimum he will be a one term president. I'm not convinced either way yet if he will be impeached (after 2010) but he may. The ACORN corruption scandal could swallow him up.

He is responsible more for the economic crisis we're in than he's willing to admit. See my ACORN special on FOX thread.

Benefit of doubt? For what exactly? Are you suggesting that people not go by what people actually write in their posts? That seems odd. But I guess that's where the gut can be of help?

So you are advocating not assuming while assuming yourself? See this is where the mind can be useful.

What does that have to do with high crimes and misdemeanors?

Every administration has its share of scandal, and every administration draws flak for its actions and decisions. Every president gets some rotten advisors, too.
