BTW, the thread IS about the left "re-writing" history to attack American history and that of Europeans-while ignoring the atrocities of every other race and culture in history. Why do our schools teach about the horrors of Nazism, but not, say the practices of the Japanese during WWII-which were at least as bad and vile as anything the Nazis did? They attack Columbus-but ignore the millennia of warfare and slavery practiced by native American tribes. Attack American history for the 4% of the country that once owned slaves-but ignore that slavery is still being practiced in parts of Africa and the ME-especially where Islam is dominant.
