Yeah, because it couldn't be all his communist ties and socialistic nature. You must not know much about the past century and why people would despise someone who holds those ideologies dear... You must also be able to easily dismiss what economic turmoil does to people. People see the government blowing money like no tomorrow, ignoring the massive amount of people and totally ignoring their concerns and the utterly disgusting elitism that's going on in the congress and then mix all that with family members losing jobs, maybe those same people losing their own, massive cut backs... etc. But what you said only proves that you'd rather hear peachy-rose-colored-glasses news than to hear the bitter truth.
I'm sorry you can't manage to see them. At least you're the faithful battered spouse in that relationship.
