If you were listening to his radio show yesterday, he left because he was sick. Last night on TV they said it was appendicitis and today on his radio show, they said he had an appendectomy. He's okay per the guy filling in for him right now.
of course it is: the comment was made, many would have had to declare bankruptsy if they had the same thing happen, my comment was NOPE, our laws, right or wrong would have covered the surgery if someone without insurance had gone to the emergancy room.
Nita
This doesnt make sense.
Statement: People have to declare bankruptcy because treatment is too expensive/no insurance.
Counter-statement: No, "laws cover the surgery".
I suppose you mean people in an emergency situation by law must be treated in an emergency room. They still get billed, you know, and not at some sort of discount.
He was holding in a lot of gas in the azz on the air.
I guess for the time being, he's no longer full of she-yit!
Speaking of Stewart, I was coasting by Comedy Central and noticed he and Colbert are on an hour earlier than before. I guess they were scared like "leetle girls" of Bill O'Reilly's ratings so Comedy Central moved them out of primetime. It's either that or the same "youth" that didn't bother to show up to vote in 2009, isn't bothering to show up for their shows, anymore.
Well, he has health insurance and plenty of money to cover the remainder of the bill so who cares? The buffoon will be just fine, unlike so many of his fellow Americans who would need to file for bankruptcy or might lose their home if they developed appendicitis right now.
Exactly. He doesn't have to worry about health care. I don't want him to have bad health.......just an extended bout of laryngitis.

Maybe Im misunderstanding your post.
Maybe you just don't understand the facts. The preponderance of ER visitors have no insurance AND leave without paying a dime.
Lakers were the best basketball team in the nba last year does that mean they never lost a game.
I had a bad experence with one hosp does that mean the entire system is broke because I had one bad experience? No it doesnt
