We will never know "the truth". No one in the government will admit this was a terrorist act. They are saying "mental stress".
To admit that means the Patriot Act has failed. To have a terrorist infiltrate the Military would be a major blow to the administration and most government agencies. Most of all, it would show the terrorists that American security is full of holes.
No, I do not think the public will know the truth anytime soon.

Treason is a high crime committed against the country, or aid and comfort to the enemy. Multiple murders don't count. When was the last time you called "treason" when one soldier killed another? Huh?

Please point out exactly how I am extremist. Almost every position I defend here is wildly popular with the American public. E.g., single-payer health care.
I think the wingnuts on this board are very much out-of-touch with mainstream America. E.g., supporting Sarah Palin, being opposed to the current health care proposals, extemist claims about President Obama, etc.
The liberals here are mainstream, for the most part.
