The full clip -- Morning Meeting

It was "to have some fun". It was tongue-in-check. And stupid to use the photoshopped pic.

BTW, Ratigan isn't a liberal.

It was a lame attempt at humor. VERY, VERY incompetent on all accounts, the writing, the delivery, the props. Terrible. I don't watch tv news, but if this is it's best example, I see I'm not missing anything.

MSNBC needs to leave the comedy to the experts.

That was toe-curlingly unfunny. Also, poor taste, but there's quite the step from using a bad photoshop for comedic purposes to using stock footage as news.

I am not a big fan of MSNBC. The only times I ever saw it seemed that it was trying to be a liberal fox news. The reason I hate Fox News is not because its conservative, but because its entertainment and not news. It gives you a narrative and nothing more. Its sad that others networks are giving up news for opinion. I guess its all about the ratings and nothing to do with actual news.

Wait isnt msnbc a news station? So they can put all the fake stuff on long as its done in the manner of fun and not actually reporting the news.
