Do anti-abortion people support free vasectomies?
Looks like catholics are against vasectomies,
I wonder where they found that in the Bible.

Contraceptive sterilization is always a mortal sin. Sterilization is only permitted if it is necessary for a strictly medical, therapeutic reason, not for contraception. The number of children a man has or does not have is not relevant to the morality of the act. Incidentally, not only the patients who request it, but the doctors and other medical personnel who are involved in contraceptive sterilizations, commit a grave sin.

As for the catholic thing.......let me tell you that all the catholic couples with only two or three children didn't get that way by using the rhythm method My sisters priest once explained contraception and the church this way - only the couple truly understand their situation regarding how many children they can emotionally and financially support. The rhythm method only works for those of African descent.
I don't want it or need it
but there are millions of people that do not want to have more kids and can't afford to pay a vasectomy.
Seems to me like "socialized vasectomies" would prevent many abortions.
Give me a break, I have no proof of this, nor do you, but I doubt there are many who want vasectomies and can't afford them...If it was that simple it would be a different story. By the way, no I do not think the govenment should pay for anything that isn't necessary...
As for those who do not want more kids, I am at a loss to understand what is wrong with using birth control? Maybe it requires some personal responsibility, oh my, we shouldn't expect to enter into the picture should we???
