Nice find. Also look at some of the least corrupt governments. Most of them are "socialist whackos" as some people in here would say

You are not being fair. Bush couldn't prevent corruption from happening just as Obama can't talk these governments out of doing corrupt acts.

These governments are acting on their own.

4 million permanent refugees in a nation of 24 million since the U.S. invaded, and hundreds of thousands left dead.

You have no idea of the cost, its foolish for you to speak of it, unless you live there and pay the price of "freedom"

(And dont forget Colombia, America's largest recipient of foreign aid in the Western hemisphere and the most corrupt government in this part of the world)
