This is a war, not a game. What is obama doing to back up these guys as commander in chief. This will really show what a ***** he is. We need to support our military and all they do to get up safe from terrorist.
They, like many Police Officers, were caught on camera roughing up a prisoner during the apprehension. This is NOT a war Crime and Nuremberg has nothing to do with it. The SEAL was offered a Non Judicial Punishment, slap on the wrist, and refused. So he is going to trial because he wants to.
He did something which is officially wrong and got caught. He needs to man up and take his slap onn the wrist.

Only one is being charged with assault, the other, lesser charges. But they decided to go to trial, rather then a nonjudicial resolution. So they asked for the court-martial.
Matthew McCabe, a Special Operations Petty Officer Second Class (SO-2), is facing three charges: dereliction of performance of duty for willfully failing to safeguard a detainee, making a false official statement, and assault.
Petty Officer Jonathan Keefe, SO-2, is facing charges of dereliction of performance of duty and making a false official statement.
Petty Officer Julio Huertas, SO-1, faces those same charges and an additional charge of impediment of an investigation.
