For a party (liberal) that claims to be all inclusive, tolerant, and above catagorizing, your comments certainly prove the opposite.

Thilly wabbit....

Many Conservatives are hardly cheerleaders for the GOP. They endeavor to rein in, if not transform, the Party which more closely aligns with their philosophy. Acknowledging the reality of a political landscape with effectively 2 Partys, they side with the less destructive----and battle to defend this Nation from foes, antagonists, and opportunists within, and outside the GOP.

Many Conservatives are neither Bush loyalists or apologists, for they recognize he was not a Conservative----only the lesser of evils. Leftists, liberals, socialists, and Dems have managed to con America into electing (but hardly supporting) their version of anti-Bush. To what avail? Apparently to eviscerate the Nation as they sidetrack criticism with their screeching smokescreens "Bush" and "Racists".

That's all they have----and probably for only 3 more years----as an increasingly enlightened populace endures the wretched incompetence of socialism-lite.

If conservatives didn't like Bush why did they elect him in the Republican primaries?

No doubt about it, Carter WAS the worst ever and now the new king comes along.

how little you know or should we say, it is your opinion, opinion isn't fact. I know you are way to young to remember Carter, but right now he is the worst in my lifetime. There are others, way before any of us were even born. There is no such thing as the "worst" ever..

Disliking someone doesn't make that person the worst at what he/she does..

The voters should be pointing the fingers at themselves considering that they voted for Bush.

The country was in fine shape when Bill Clinton was in office. Sure, he had a couple of "under the table" mishaps but nobody's perfect.

History will be kind to George W. Bush. While not perfect, no President is, he was a great President. Can't figure out what all this hatred for him is about.

Actually the country was fine after the first midterm election and the Republicans got the majority in congress. Give credit where due. Clinton was a success because of the Republican congress.

He will never be regarded as a great president considering he passed 700 billion of TARP and spent 350 billion on meds for old people.
