Uh hello, the Iraqi government was harboring terrorist as well.....shoot ole Saddam was the King of Terrorist.....right behind Arafat. Anyone that has thousands upon thousands of their OWN citizens MURDERED is a terrorist that must be stopped.
Pakistan is ALSO harboring terrorist as well.
Iraq had no ties to the Taliban before 9/11. The only nations that did were Afghanistan, and parts of Pakistan and Saudi Arabia and Afghanistan was the only one whose government sheltered them.
Considering their government harbored those who did, yes they did.
So now your changing your story from.. "harboring" to "having ties"
