Few things

Rasmussen was NOT the most accurate pollster. Secondly, approval questions and who you will vote for have different methodology. The methodology you use close to an election asking who you will vote for is going to be different than the methodology you use in an approval/disapproval poll this far out.

Thankfully, the Oprah/Obama Christmas show will take care of that! LOL

This is precisely why liberals are the laughing-stock of this nation.
Yep......this and a whole LOT more!
They won't believe Obama is remotely slipping in the polls.....even when he drops below a 40% approval rating......and he WILL....soon enough.
Couple this with NO job recovery and Congress's lovely approval ratings and tactics to get their HC reform passed at ALL cost.......only means BYE BYE to Dem CONTROL......in 2010!

But NOOOO.......it CAN'T be Obama or his agenda....it's the govt. that everyone must be angry with?!

LIBERAL thinking all the way!
So predictable too.

The Heathen Holiday Hour?

It would be a cool show if BO told Oprah that NOW is a good time to redistribute her personal wealth........

Obama NEEDS her support! He got to get his stash of Obama-money built up.
MANY people voted for him....for the Ob-a-ma-Bucks they were expecting to get, 'ya know?

Ahh more people saying the Dems will lose control without the ability to back it up without offering any specifics.....

No specifics necessary, as I know enough to know....it's their destiny.
His destiny.
The writing is on the wall, the polls reflect it and that's good enough for now.
Come up with your own specifics as to why you believe he continues to slip so quickly in almost every poll....or at least the ones that aren't as biased as the ones you might prefer.
Why you think he won't continue to slide further on down, down, down the drain and join the ranks of Congress, is beyond me....but I like your optimism. Enjoy it while you still feel it.
What miracle do you forsee that will reverse his downward trend?
Specifics, please.

In other words you refuse to be specific because you can't defend your predictions.....

As far as his slide, well Reagan dropped a bit in 82 and 83 and he was able to recover as the job market turned around. The fact we just came off the best jobs report in two years leads me to believe we will see the job market turnaround next year.

If the GOP is to takeover the House they would have to win 12 more seats than the Dems did in 06. Bush's #'s at this point in late 05 were worse than Obama's #'s now. The Congressional ballot (which are mixed) but the best for the GOP show a slight GOP edge, were a 15-20 point edge for the Dems at this point in 05.

There is a direct correlation between obama's tanking poll numbers and the disapproval numbers on virtually every issue - taxes, spending, HC, Afghanistan....the trend is virtually the same....negative.

Yes, he was. Pew also nailed the numbers.
