I agree. However, the presumption here is not that KSM is innocent, but that he's guilty. I am merely pointing out that this guy is currently innocent, and could be found innocent in some unfortunate event that a legal technicality sets him free. It's possible. It happens all the time. To assume that he could never walk free, is to undermine our entire legal system. A guilty verdict is not assured. That's all i'm pointing out.

The slim chance that these whackos could go free is the reason for the outcry. Although not likely, it is indeed possible in the "little country called the United States."
Yes, I am. I have faith in the Prosecutors on this case.

Wait! They've amended that number;

New York estimates cost of terror trials will be more than $400 million. - ABC News

New York City projects it will cost more than $400 million to provide security if the pre-trial preparation and trial of the suspects in the Sept. 11 terror attacks takes two years, which insiders say is virtually certain, according to New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg.

Dear leader of the free world. I know you like to spend money like a drunken sailor, and as a former drunken sailor I can assure that that means spending FAR beyond your means.

But I would like to offer you a bit of advice here. You have American military ships leaving GITMO every day. You have a wide open expanse of ocean that they traverse

And those ships have small arms and small arms bullets are cheep.

One round in the back of the head of a terrorist while they stand at the fantail of one of those ships will be a very simple cheep and correct method of dealing with these fellows.

You can even classify what happened to them.

Asalam ‘Alaykum
