Too bad for China. They should ban cars and put their money into mass transit and railroads.

They did. They also just came out with the fastest bullet train in the world.

Goes across the country and they plan for 47 more lines by 2012.
And our plan for mass transit ?

Don't forget, China is a creditor nation. They HAVE money to spend.
Also, the corruption and graft is not as bad as the US government and pork projects.
When China has a stimulus for infrastructure, they do what was planned.
