Anyway, you're drawing a false positive conclusion on this one. You're saying: Because of A, B must be concluded.
Because one or two studies were compromised does not provide evidence that the thousands of other studies are equally compromised. Therefore, you simply cannot draw a broader conclusion about the issue of global warming from an isolated incident.
Some scientists are unethical, I shudder to think.
The fact is, the evidence for climate change is there. There is a lot of good evidence. That doesn't mean we should destroy our economy to try and help it. However, a cap and trade system, responsibly done, won't destroy our economy.
He mentioned new nuclear plants, and investing in Green energy. Those kinds of things just make sense. If we can develop a clean coal system, we can sell that to China, as well as keep feeding them coal, which is the best thing we can do for our economy.
