BTW. The word "Hispanic" has become such a broad word... Everybody could be "Hispanic".

Just accept that you are wrong and that there ARE scholarships available for White people. Its OK to admit that you are wrong and move on with your day.
WRONG. You even admit "majority of which will be white". that doesn't mean ALL of which! The bill gates scholarship is COMPLETELY off limits to whites. If there is a black italian american, they qualify for the italian american scholarship.

Should I type more slowly for you?

Not unhappy.
I said in my first post Gates is free to set it up how he wishes.
Pointing out the hypocrisy.

Not really. Look how they describe Justice sotomayor as the first hispanic justice, when it was Cardozo, a very long time ago.

Which would probably make him/her UNABLE to receive the scholarship.

Give me the percentage of BLACK IMMIGRANTS TO AMERICA from those countries you've listed.

Even if there is only ONE, it proves me right, and you wrong, because ZERO whites can apply for the Gates scholarship. Are you suggesting there is not one non white person from poland, Italy, Ireland, etc in the USA?

According the the U.S. census 2010 Spaniards are now considered "Lationo/Hispanic". A lot of Cubans are also white ( Spanish immigration long time ago). I really think it is a broad word to describe somebody.

Then why did you go on and post what you posted? Obviously, it's bugging you. And I know you're NOT calling me a hypocrite! So I'm just going to fake like I didn't see that word.

Agreed or no?
It could, or it could mean that he wishes to appear to be as PC as possible. As I said it is perfectly acceptable to exclude whites but never acceptable to exclude a minority.
There are many examples of double standards.
For example imagine if an all white org named themselves "The Race"
Yet La Raca is acceptable?
Institutionalized racism or discrimination is no better than that of a private citizen.
Once again. Bill Gates in my mind can donate or spend his money as he sees fit. I just don't delude myself in believing that there is no double standard in play here.
