Considering how quickly pro-Constitution people like Medina are rising in the polls, I'm thinking there are folks like myself who will patronize his business BECAUSE of having the flag upside down.

But, turn it into just an anti-Obama message if it makes you FEEL better.

They may be too ignorant to know, but they are disrespecting the flag by flying it upside down for political purposes. It is a distress signal reserved for true emergencies, not for political hackery.

That is irrelevant as I have nor have ever had anything against Wright. You can play pigeonhole the conservative any day of the week and I'll still own you.

I agree, it's disrespectful to the country and what the flag represents, and to the deep meaning it carries for many people. Just as true now as when some of the nuttier lefties did the same thing during the Bush administration.

People have the right to burn the flag and fly it upside down.

I have the right to find it totally disgusting and inappropriate.

I have the right to say burning and hanging upside down are in different leagues altogether.

I have the right to predict he'll get additional business as a result and there's nothing anyone can do about it!

I'd say that unless they have been well educated or part of our US military that people today no longer have the slightest knowledge about US flag etiquette . Some folks shrug it off as a matter of "free speech" but it is more ignrorance and disrespect, IMO.

United States Flag Etiquette

"The U.S. flag should never be displayed with the union down except as a signal of dire distress in instances of extreme danger to life or property."
