As a spokesperson against obesity it looks like Michelle Obama badly needs to lose a lot of weight and go on a diet and fitness program.

I think her arms are in much better shape than the rest of her body because she uses them [often] to feed her face! It's clear she is carrying a lot fat in her middle section (front and rear) and she lacks muscle toning or her stomach wouldn't protrude so much. She must be carrying 30-40 lbs of cellulite on her hips alone. Not a pretty site for someone who has chosen to publicly fight against obesity!

2. You are fostering the idea that women must be thin as a rail. That is a very damaging idea.
3. There is a genetic predisposition for large backsides among many people of African descent.
4. Being willing to impose a tax on cigarettes despite being a smoker isn't hard to understand. Obama simply pays the tax just like any other smoker. Being a smoker who can't quit, he is quite willing to impose a tax high enough that others might quit or never start. Did you expect that he wouldn't simply to keep from having to pay the tax himself? Do you think he's that self-serving? Well, if you do, you're flat wrong.

Of all the awful crap the Obamas are involved in, pointing this out actually weakens any opposition and makes it look like the people who don't like him(them) are grasping at straws or are just downright mean.
