The only workout her posterior gets is from getting wider as she sits at the dinner table for hours on-end.
I would rather see someone who knows about a wieght struggle stand up against obesity than some skinny rat who doesn't have a clue about people with different body types and thinks anyone with love handles or a butt or over a size 8 is obese..

How is she obese? She looks athletic and has curves like an average African-American woman. Obese people are people like Roseanne, Michael Moore and such and not Michelle Obama.

My boyfriends mom is a very well known yoga teacher who has a body very similar to Michelle Obama's. At 58, she can run a 5k with no problem, teach many yoga classes in a week and is in better shape than I am. She also happens to be half black and has a fairly typical black women's body.
You absolutely CANNOT judge a persons athletic prowess by simply looking at their body shape.
I guess a 5'5 95 lb woman would be more athletic, right? I mean, she's thin, so she just HAS to be super athletic.
Rationalize it all you want, making fun of her is what a bully does. It's wrong to do.
She is crusading against childhood obesity. She is not obese, but whether she is or is not is irrelevant and is not hypocritical.
Telling us to tighten our belts financially when they mindlessly spend IS hypocritical.
Telling us to work together, when the Democrats locked people out of discussions IS ALSO hypocritical.
Leave the woman alone on a personal level. The President and First Lady leave PLENTY of what they DO as bait for criticism.
