Gotcha. Although you would imagine a jury would definitely bring it into question.

This suit will never get anywhere close to a jury.

No - Obama would have to say it.

Is that because you think it will be laughed out of court? Or is it because you think the family will settle?

But if she knew he had made threats then she could be held responsible. That's our justice system at work;it works both ways. Now if they can only find tapes to where he called in threats to the IRS ;that would put the governamnt in the responsibilty circle too. That is always a trail lawyers real dream;someone with real moeny. Me and you;the inurer of last resort.Calling China for another loan.

Could you identify the legal principle that requires someone who feels personally threatened by someone to give public notice that the person is a danger to everyone?

The court case doesn't rest on "if she knew", it rests on the plaintiffs proving that she knew. Which they cannot prove. Her leaving the home the night before proves nothing. When couples fight it's not unusual for someone to leave the premises and cool off somewhere else.

It'll get thrown out. You can't hold another person responsible for somebody else's actions, not even your spouse. There's no proof that the wife could have guessed what her husband would do.

The woman who lost her husband (not Stack's wife) is do compensation. Wrongful death or something.
