People are corrupt. That's calculated into the system of checks and balances in our style of government.

are Bureacracies calculated into that equation as well?

What you fail to understand is our government is now a Bureacracy, that means Groupthink wins all decisions. no debate, ever.

Sound familiar? Obama will have no debate on his HC Bill. wow

I don't know how to respond to this b/c I can't make sense of it. No debate on the HC bill? So there was silence in the House and Senate while the bill was being debated?

Armed insurrection is not in it.
I think you have it backwards. There are many things that are not specifically mentioned in the Constitution. Anything not specifically allowed by the Constitution is not therefore prohibited, it just isn't addressed either way. As brilliant as the founders were, they could not anticipate everything and would we want to have a document dictating every move for us anyway? I know I don't.

First of all, we aren't necessarily talking insurrection here. Fact is to affect any change within the government, one must work within the protocols established by the government. That just seems really wrong to me, although it is obviously a good thing for the government.

As for the extreme measure of insurrection, have you read any of the Jefferson quotes posted here?

have you being paying attention? anytime the Reps debate the HC bills' validity, Obozo and his circus freaks call them the party of "No".

Now is that debate or is that a Bureacracy chanting down valid arguments?

Um... that doesnt sound like the procedure The Founding Fathers had in mind!

You mean, the Rs would come humbly bringing suggestions, plans, ideas, and the Ds simply chanted them down, and that was the end of the Rs' excellent suggestions?

Wow, is that all it takes to quash the opposition in the US Congress, a unified chanting down? Who knew!

when you have a GroupThink Bureaucracy it's possible to chant down either side. it just depends on who has the most influence in the bureaucracy.

Bureacracies are bad.

For the safety of America I really hope the FBI is monitoring cowards like 4horseman, trueisrealite, consentwithdrawn, mary phagan, etc. You people are dangerously close to terrorists.

Just goes to show what sore losers some on the right are. We were out of power for 6 years and we sat back, gritted our teeth and counted down the days to election. You people are out of power for just over a year and you committ acts of terrorism not seen since the likes of Tim McVeigh and Eric Rudolph.
