So the Teabaggers are not racist b/c this woman's husband is Black? No. the Teabaggers are still racist. They never would have protested if a White pOTUS had been elected. Clarence Thomas and his wife are scumbags who only care about their political hides, while ignoring other blacks.
Again we see when there is no legitimate arguement, the "race card" is played.
Its about spending and government over-reaching of its Constitutional power.
Your post itself is racist because you state Justice Thomas and his wife should make a stand based on the color of a groups skin rather than the fact that they are Americans first.
Actually the supreme court is that 3rd branch everyone forgets.
It is the 3rd leg that keeps check on the other 2 legs.
The other two legs are not going to like that 3rd leg getting in their way to FUNDAMENTALLY CHANGE THE USA.
Funny that NOW there are 3 equal but separate parts to our Gov't.
I'm sure Mr. Cheney and his daughter will now have to classify you as part of the Al-Quida 7, since NOW you're saying her father was wrong then as well.

Ha! That's a laugher.
Every one of these white old fogey rednecks screams with joy everytime the Federal government denies Constitutional rights to someone the government declares to be a "terrorist threat".
Their bottom line: They don't like their tax dollars going to "those people"................. People who are not "real Americans" like themselves.

Ok, well where were all of the teabaggers when W was bailing out Wall Street bankers?

Name calling too? How intellegent that makes your failure to provide any substntial argument. NOT.
Last I saw Holder's Justice department was granting every cahrged terrorist full rights of US citizens in civilian court.
Your arguement has more holes than a slice of swiss cheese.
Yeah. Hard to play the race card when he's black and she's white.
clarence thomas is a tom, this is the same guy who used the race card when he was under fire for sexual assault i believe and before that he didnt even believe in any of that stuff then he has the nerve to use it lmao.
He's anti black spite being black, he's like a clayton bigsby.. of course you wouldnt know any of that

Of course, you know Anita Hill was also "black" right?
Isn't calling someone of a certain skin pigment a "tom" racist in itself?
It is actually Justice Thomas's job to interpret laws as they apply to the Constitution, not as they apply to skin color. Is that what you call being "agaist blacks"? Are you suggesting that because a Supreme Court Justice remains neutral and sticks to the Constitution that makes him "against blacks"?
