I actually laughed at this, most people I know (including my black friends) would laugh at it and know it was a joke right off the bat..
It's definitely a fire-able offense, but I really think that trying to prosecute it is pushing it a little too far.
The problem is it sounds like your black friends are young. The old black ladies that were in there would not think it was a stupid youthful prank.

Well I think having counselors on hand is rediculous.

I'm not sure about Bias but its almost like yelling fire in a crowded room, it could have caused serious problems. Could you imagine if there were more than these two ladies in that Walmart.
No doubt Obama would have seized control of the Wal-Mart Corporation and turned it over to the unions in the name of "social justice".
If you want to punish Walmart, don't shop there and protest by not showing up. Companies could care less until you hit them where it counts...their wallet.
If anything, it just shows the white trash nature of Walmart in general...some guy can get on their intercom and make statements like this. Why do I have a feeling this wouldn't happen in Target or a more upscale store.
