instead, governments should be afraid of their people

I don't advocate violence against anyone, but I do believe that the 1,000 or so of the key folks that make up our government in Washington DC have been living in a world where they feel they are totally untouchable, for at least the last 50 years, where they think that the protections they receive leave them open to do what they want without the regard of the people they represent...even the Republicans that were some of the fastest to condemn these threats against Democratic lawmakers, live in a world where they truly believe they are above the law...if the shoe was on the other foot, they wouldn't want Democrats threatening them...regardless of political party, the United States indeed has a ruling class that believes they are untouchable

the recent threats, while I don't condone them, I believe was a wake-up call to all of them...it "touched" them all

these elected officials need to be voting on the will of the people, not the personal deals and kickbacks that go on behind closed doors in Washington with the politicians, lawyers, lobbyists, and big corporations

it's only a matter of time before folks on both ends of the political spectrum stand up for what they believe in and take the country back
