Why are you asking a question you obviously know the answer to?
Did Bush represent all white people?
I'm asking the question to the good posters of this forum
Does Barack Obama represent all black people?
Barack Obama representing all black people has nothing to do with George Bush presenting all white people

And again, what is your reasoning for this question? Just to stir the pot like you did w/your fascinating Canada thread?
Actually the President represents all citizens of the United States.
+1
Yes, he represents me and everyone else. I am not fond of his policies, but he is still my President and I find his skin color completely irrelevant for the most part.

No you are not. You are asking "black people" on the forum only. Not everyone. For this thread to even make sense, that's who you have targeted. Because that's a question only black people can answer!
How can anyone else answer for a black person who represents them?
And again, you injected color into the initial question. which why I asked "Did Bush represent all whites?"
As others have stated, President Obama represents the citizens of the United States; which includes EVERY race/ethnicity. I am black, and I am a citizen. So, yes, he represents me; not due to my race, but due to my status as a citizen of this country. What a ridiculous question.

Then why did you even mention "black" people?
And what does "for the most part" mean?
You sound like Chris Mathews when he forgot Obama was black for an hour. LOL!
