That cop did nothing so we are suppose to believe that a cop that close does nothing while Rep Cleaver is getting spit on. Maybe she is an undercover racist or something.
I recall Cleaver said he declined to press charges.
How do you know he hasnt. Then again maybe he feels he has nothing to say sorry for since he didnt spit on him on purpose.
If he had, I think we would know... and, if he wanted this bad publicity turned around or at least deminish it, he'd come forth.
And, I don't know about you, but even if I do something that harms or embarrasses someone by accident, I still apologize. Maybe you folks (Tea Party conservatives) are different.
I posted that video last week. It shows the congressman walking right in front of a man with his hands cupped to his mouth, shouting "kill the bill". Thanks for posting it again which clearly shows he was not spat on.
Oh, did you notice the policewoman right beside him? She didn't seem to notice anything.
And you would think that he would have spoke to the police officer if he really felt threatened. I know that's what I would have done.

I'm sure the guy doesn't, but he may care what some of his 'team mates' say and they're pretty quiet... except for making excuses.
If you can't see how this hurts the Tea Party... an apparent example of 'mob' mentality' and lack of civility, I won't be able to change your mind.
Have at it! Keep on showing the outrage with what many see as tantrums.
