Obama picks justice candidates based on diversity so which one on the list is a one legged, small-town Chinese transexual that thinks dogs should be able sue their owners?

Why isn't Thomas on the list? All the news reports have had him on the short list?

While Judge Thomas isn't my ideal, I have been saying for some time that it is high time we got a judge on the Supreme Court who is more mid-America and not a product of the Ivy League.

How bout Judge Judy,I have watched her show for years and I can not tell if she is a {D} or a {R}.She would be a swing vote,I think she would apply the law to the constitution and I trust her common semse.Andrew Napolatano would be excellent,I doubt that the POTUS would pick someone from Fox news.

Ron Paul's dedication to the honoring, preservation, and enforcement of the Constitution is superior to any other political figure I can think of.

He would be the best candidate by far.

Maricopa County, Arizona Sheriff Joe Arpaio. A great American and Patriot that gets the job done efficiently and under budget.
