Bush left office in Jan 2009.

He has no control over any tax hike Obama wants to give us. None.

If Obama raises taxes it's his responsibilty.

looks like not a dime barry found out his 2000% cig tobacco tax caused people to buy pipe baccy so thier raising it 2000%. he also signed a bill as of june 30 2010 shipping tobacco in the USA by mail fedex etc is illegal and can be a felony.seems big tobacco has him in their back pocket and wants people to buy that chemical laden garbage they call real smokes. glad i grow my own, at least till thats illegal. this is beyond harassment its persecution

First off, your linked article says the tax increase is for individuals earning more than $200,000 a year or couples making $250,000 a year. So 30 million people/couples making over $250,000? Sure, easily.

Census Bureau says about 3 million people make $200 grand a year. That's 3. Not 30.

Completely predictable. It was after all Bush who wrote the language that calls for the tax cuts to expire in 2011. Who would you blame instead?
