Just using it for context. There were many people going nuts then because they lost everything, the same thing is happening today.

As I've said before, I'm not condoning this behavior, or agreeing with it. I find what they did (or tried to do in Shahzads case), to be terrible, and horrifying.

I am just trying to understand what drives people to stupid, desperate acts.
