White people own and operate 98.8% of all American farms which receive on the whole, and receive over $25 billion dollars in Federal subsidies per year.
99% of Fortune 500 companies are headed by white CEO's and receive $75 billion in Federal subsidies.
61% if all "welfare recipients are white Americans.
88.7% of all Social Security recipients are white Americans.
If you agree to go back and re-reference your percentages, i'll debate this with you. But your percentages are cherry-picked to fit your agenda.
Example: Black people make up 12% of the population but 33% of the welfare receipts. Therefore, by asserting that 61% of welfare recipients are white, without speaking in terms as a percentage of the population, you're intentionally leaving out a piece that doesn't tell the whole story. The participation rate tells the story, not the total receipts.

While we are on the subject of cherry picking... It is interesting that you chose to pick on one set of statistics, and the least costly I might add. So, if you think that you are making a salient comment regarding twice as many African Americans on "welfare" as there are in the general population but ignore the fact that as a percentage of farmers, ceo's or social security they represent far fewer than their percentage of the population, so be it. Such an argument will no doubt provide hours of entertainment.
Makes sense because there are more whites in this country then minorities so they would make up a bigger % when doing an overall comparison. What I would like to know is what is the percentage of JUST whites verses other minorities. In other words what is the total % of JUST white verse the total amount of another minority.

I see apples and oranges in your comparison. Means-tested public welfare, generally reserved for the very poor, is decidely different than public policy that leads to subsidies for business and agriculture.

Is this why white people vote for the Republican Party?
Yes, you nailed it. White people belong to the republican party so they can get hand outs. Blacks are the only self sufficient working people in the nation, pay all the taxes, and are never the recipients of government aid.
