It is very disturbing to see all the so called intellectual government graduated high school and college graduates blame a lack of jobs b.c of outsourcing to other countries or illegals.

For one, the real reason for the lack of jobs, is because of technology. Many years ago, or when you were a child, you watched the "Jetsons" or other shows and heard stories about what the future will be like; you were told that robots would be doing a lot of the work for you, life will be an easier time in the future!

Well, at least a micro-fraction of that already came true. Technology has replaced more jobs than all the other reasons for lost jobs combined. Many chores have become a million times easier in the present, like dishwashers, washers and dryers, cell phones, email, self checkout lines, atm's, etc, etc, etc... However, we all know that life in itself, is still very hard.

There is a lag that is going on. We have not come up with enough supply of NEW jobs to replace the millions of jobs lost due to technology. As companies keep supplying more automated systems and services, the more unemployed there will be.

So to sum it up... Unless we go back into the dark ages b.c of crazy hypocritical global warming conspiracy theorists, you will need to either be a lawyer or an engineer that can fix the machines to have a job in the future. Or I guess there will always be a need for the world's oldest profession.
