I'm 21 years old looking to relocate to the area. Searching for a decent nightlife and younger crowd. Would really like to be in a safe area, but also somewhere i'm not going to get bored. Also somewhere known for the ladies would be great!!Thanks so much guys!!

Wrong area young man. I would suggest at the very least going up to Melbourne. But if you like lots going on, you'll have to go south to Broward or Miami - Dade.

Try Palm Beach Gardens or Jupiter. Lots to do, safe, and you're close enough (yet far enough) to West Palm Beach if you want to go downtown to the Clematis area.

In the north end, you have restaurants, shopping, and very important - you have gorgeous beaches along Alt A1A.

Still a little quiet for a 21 year old, no?

Thank you so much for the help! I do like Melbourne, but was worried about it being alittle to north for me. However Miami I think is to far, to diversified demographics. I do like Delray/WPB/NPB. just don't want to be anywhere near nasty areas.

Thankyou so much for the help!! I would really like to stay away from the marority of west palm/Riviera beach. I did really like PBG and Jupiter. Would you say its a bad idea to live near city place or right on city place?

I wouldn't live in City Place - it's a fun place to visit, but at night it can get noisy and crowded, and I think that would get old fast. I'm not convinced of the safety either. You can't go wrong being in the Palm Beach Gardens, Jupiter, Juno or North Palm Beach area.

I would say ...do not live near City Place... head up to Jupiter or Palm Beach Gardens. Loved living there and plenty to do for anyone of any age.

My son in his 20's moved from Ft Lauderdale to downtown WPB because he wanted more of a city feel. (to the extent of what exists in So Fl not Miami). He was very happy there until he was able to move back to Philly once his business was 100% portable. He rented a couple blocks from "downtown" in Grandview Heights because he had a huge dog which was not conducive to high rise on concrete living.

I even used to visit and walk with them downtown and nothing every happened. Yes, a coupla times I made a wrong turn and ended up around Dunbar Village but nothing happened anyway. He even left his vehicle parked at the train station for short trips and no problems. Would I walk the dog down to the dog park late at night? Probably not. But I wouldn't do that anywhere.

Then again, we're from Philly so there were no issues with that little bit of potential annoying "crime" there.

I suggest you go STAY IN THESE PLACES and decide after experiencing them. IMO Jupiter is a family town not a singles town. Suburban vibe.

It all depends on what you like to do with your spare time. Also, Ft Lauderdale is not a bad choice. Again, depending on what you like. WPB might have the edge in the way of arts/art films etc stuff like that.

I think you'd love City Place . Skip Melbourne and PSL if you are looking for any sort of night life at all. The prices will be more inflated to live down in Palm Beach, but so are the salaries. I don't know your situation. I moved up here from Miami where I lived for 40+ years! skip it. Ft. Lauderdale would also be ok, but of all I would pick Jupiter/Palm Beach Gardens area.
